Trader Stall Application 2025
Kindly provide as much detail as possible about your stall.
While we will do our best to accommodate all traders, please note that due to the high number of stalls at the Christmas Market, we cannot guarantee specific locations. This includes returning traders who may not be allocated the same spot as in previous years.
If no stall is available for you, we will notify you and add you to a waiting list. Should a stall become available later, we will get in touch with you.
Payment Information
If a stall is allocated to you and we have received all the necessary details, we will send you an email with instructions on how to make a BACS payment for your stall.

If you cannot upload your documents with the form then please email them to admin@oundle.gov.uk or post them to:

All pitches must be well presented and the area nearby must be kept free of litter and the site left clear at the end of the day. Traders are to remove all refuse.
All activities must be within the law - for example there must be no disorderly conduct or violence and Public Health and Fair Trading Acts must be complied with.
All Traders must have sufficient Public Liability Insurance cover and provide proof of such. All Traders must also provide proof that they have carried out their own Risk Assessments.
Pitches are allocated solely by Oundle Town Council and the Council takes no responsibility for any arrangements made or not made between pitch holders.
All Traders are required to display a notice giving their business name, and the name and address of the proprietor of the stall.
Generators: Please note there will be no electrical power available. If you intend to bring a generator, it must be silent running which means it must not exceed 70 decibels and it must be operating efficiently and with minimal pollution. Generators on the day will be checked with a decibel reader & if yours exceeds 70 decibels you will not be able to use it on your stand.
FREE parking will be available nearby to be confirmed nearer the time.
Oundle Town Council advise that no abuse, hostility or negativity whatsoever will be tolerated to their staff, to the public or about the Council as a body by any persons in any location.
Any such behaviour may result in prosecution and the person responsible being banned from Council premises and services.
Your pitch number, details of when you can set up and parking details will be emailed to you before the event and if you have paid for the pitch in full.
